Wills & Probate Solicitor
Role: Full Time Permanent role (9am - 5)
Salary: 30k - 40k (entirely dependent on experience)
Location: Derby
Experience: Minimum 2+ years PQE
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. My client are a well-established regional firm based in Derby (with multiple offices) who offer wide range of services to individuals and businesses. The established private client department have an existing caseload of long term and local clients. The team itself promote a positive and friendly environment to work within and wish to welcome another member to the team.
The candidate will work through drafting POA's (including registration of EPA's) expertly prepare Wills from simple all the way along to complex wills involving trusts and taxable estates. You will have a minimum 2 years' experience of drafting wills over the phone or with home visits. You will positive individual with a caring & conscientious approach to clients.
