An opening exists for an Associate level Corporate Lawyer at one of the leading lights in the offshore world. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a great location in the Cayman Islands.
The Role
The successful Corporate Lawyer will join a team that advises an international client base on many of the biggest transactions to hit the jurisdiction. You will enjoy a consistent flow of high-value and varied corporate work including:
- M&A
- Private Equity
- Joint Ventures
- Restructurings
Candidate Requirements
- Must be admitted in the UK/Commonwealth
- At least 3 years’ experience of high value corporate work gained at a Magic/Silver Circle or similar law firm
- Strong communication skills
- Technical excellence
- Excellent academic background
