Our client is a top national firm, you would be based in their Edinburgh office!
Description
The Property Paralegal will look after legal research and property management transactions e. licences, leases and other management documents. You will help with due diligence, undertaking of conveyancing searches, preparing reports on title and drafting transaction documents.
Profile
The successful Property Paralegal must have a Law degree and ideally the LPC (but not essential). Ideally you will have worked in a property related paralegal role in the past. Experience of working in a large commercial law firm would also be great. You must have experience of document management system, relating to extranets and data site management.
