Legal Counsel - Fashion and Talent Representation
Do you want to work for a leading global player in the fashion, talent representation and entertainment industry?
You will be working for a well-known and hugely respected international name organisation, having a network of multiple global offices including in NYC, London, Milan and Paris.
You will be based at the organisation's London offices.
You wil be the organisation's first permanent UK based legal hire and will report directly into the US based GC.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial agreements such as in relation to talent representation, endorsements, licensing, marketing, branding and IP. You will also advise on wider issues including in relation to HR/Employment issues.
You will be regularly exposed to key clients and customers.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.
You will be an approximately 2-6 year PQE UK or other Common Law qualified lawyer with prior experience in the entertainment/talent representation sector. You will also have some prior exposure to licensing, marketing and/or branding related contracts and issues. Any additional exposure to Employment/HR related legal advice would also be advantageous. Prior in-house experience is not a pre-requisite.
