Senior In House lawyer- Commercial- EMEA

This is a key role within an established and award winning in house legal team based in the South West of England. 

You will join a FTSE listed organisation with a global reach.

You will work closely with the business on the highest quality legal work. The team have the expertise to retain most of the most complex and interesting legal work to be found in an in house environment. The infrastructure and expertise within the legal function is geared up to manage the largest corporate transactions in a highly acquisitive international organisation. 

This role will focus on the integration and implementation of IT across the newly acquired international businesses. You will work with the most senior stakeholders in the parent organisation, rolling out proprietary software and managing the legal, GDPR and Privacy issues associated with international jurisdictions.

We are seeking a lawyer with a breadth of experience across supplier and client contracts, IT and Data Protection. You will have the quality of a city firm but with the additional influence and commercial impact. 

Working closely with the most senior stakeholders across the business, you will provide strategic input to the business. 

While pqe is fairly flexible, this is a senior position requiring a minimum of 5+ years pqe in a UK Private Practice or In House environment.
