Family Solicitor/Legal Executive.
I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced mid-level Family Solicitor or CILEX with a well regarded Coventry based full-service practice.
My client has provided a range of legal services to the Warwickshire business and private client communities for many years and is well respected for their Family Team which caters solely for privately paying clients. Providing advice on matters such as divorce, ancillary relief and private Children Act issues the team work in a collaborative manner with much of their work referred from existing or previous clients.
The role would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years of qualified experience in privately funded Family Law matters, with strong technical and client care skills and an appetite to handle some advocacy work. There is an existing caseload for the successful applicant to pick up, however business development will form part of the role.
