This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property paralegal to join a Nottingham based property team.
This role will not involve handling your own caseload but will involve assisting on all aspects of a residential property matter.

Our client has an excellent reputation across the midlands and has a strong local and national client base. The team is thriving at the moment and is looking to take on a paralegal due to growth.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining and checking Land Registry documents and title deeds
- Title checks
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Creating SDLT Forms and submitting SDLT 5 Certificates upon completion
- Opening files for remortgages/mortgages, transfer of equity (removing or adding a name to a property), sale, purchase transactions
- Preparing completion statements with supervision from manager
Profile
The successful candidate will have 6 months residential property experience.
