Residential Conveyancer

Norwich

Salary: Market rates (highly competitive and negotiable)

Residential Conveyancer (1-year pqe Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer)

A well respected firm in Norwich are looking to add a Residential Conveyancer to their team due to expansion. This firm which also has offices in London, are known for excellent client care and pride in their work.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Drafting letters and legal documents
2. Checking title documents to properties
3. Liaising directly with other parties with enquiries/replies
4. Undertaking searches with Local Authority, Land Registry etc.
5. Report to clients regularly with relevant information on their transaction
6. Drawing up completion statements
7. Agreeing dates for exchange and completion
8. Carrying our exchange and completion
9. Arranging the transfer of monies on completion
10. Carrying out any other duties relevant to the position as and when required

You would be working as a part of a well established and respected team in the head office of the firm, with support of this branch and the wider network of two further branches in London. This opportunity would suit a 1-year pqe Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer, based within or within commutable distance of Norwich.
