The role:

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their office near the Essex/London border.

The successful individual will take on a busy caseload of Commercial Property matters, as well as some Residential Conveyancing matters. This will include but not limited to: freehold and leasehold, lease extensions, sales and purchases of commercial property, mortgages, landlord & tenant, new builds and developments. You will have a good amount of experience with Commercial and some with Conveyancing matters and be good at developing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of clients.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor at least 4 years PQE (There is no upper limit in terms of experience and urge even the most senior of candidate apply)
• You will have experience in Residential Property matters
• You will be based near the Essex/London Border
• You will have experience of managing a busy caseload
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential with a desire to build lasting relationships
• A meticulous eye for details
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
