IN-HOUSE SOLICITOR 2+ PQE

This is a great and varied role for an in-house lawyer looking for a new environment or a private practice contracts lawyer looking to move in-house for the first time.

The business is a leader in its field, with a client base that includes household names and some of the country’s largest organisations.

Working from brand new offices with excellent transport links, you will report directly into the Senior Legal Counsel. There will be the full spectrum of in-house legal matters available to you, including advising on B2B and B2C contracts, regulatory and compliance issues, assistance with company secretarial responsibilities and IT, IP and data protection matters. Whilst the vast majority of the matters you deal with will have a commercial contracts bias, some corporate and/or regulatory experience would be helpful. 

You will have access to senior stakeholders across the business – including the General Counsel - and will help to supervise junior members of the team. Where necessary, you will also liaise with and instruct external lawyers.

As a guide, this role is likely to suit a lawyer with a minimum of around 3 years' PQE, although that does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less PQE.
