Although their headcount is less than 10 Solicitors and Partners, they have a wealth of experience and they share a Tier in the Legal 500 with Top 100 practices. You will have exposure to work and clients that you would not get in a larger firm, and this opportunity will put you in extremely good stead going forwards.

The Firm

The firm are an Employment Law specialist firm, with a headcount of circa 10 fee earners.

They are new, award winning, dynamic and extremely business minded. They pride themselves on an exceptional client base, astounding culture, and the strength of their legal services. The majority of Solicitors at the firm are Partner level Solicitors, meaning that they have a wealth of experience.

They also have an office dog!

The Role

Because the firm is so busy, they are looking for an Employment Paralegal or Legal Assistant for their Bristol office.

You will be the first point of call for the claimant department, working alongside an experienced Claimant Solicitor. Your role will be to assist the Solicitor and direct calls, compile bundles, and other office/administrative work. Although this is predominantly administrative role, you will receive incredible exposure to work and clients that you would not get in a larger firm.
