The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive into their Ipswich office, Suffolk.

You will work in the Legal 500 tiered Employment department, working with a friendly, supportive and professional team. The department are well regarded and have seen an influx of work from a diverse client base. On the commercial side they work across a wide array of industry sectors and work with OMB, SME right up to National companies which includes a growing roster of well-known household names, as well as HNW individuals and Company directors.

You will have a mixed caseload of a range of employment matters, contentious and non-contentious. The individual will be expected to participate in business development and excel at client care and the building of lasting relationships.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive with between 2 - 5 years PQE
• You will have excellent client care skills and technical knowledge
• You will have excellent attention to detail
• You will work well within a team as well as independently
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
