The Role
You will deal with a variety of matters; the firm specialises in landlord and tenant work as well as development, but you will have a varied case load of Commercial Property transactions. They deal with a range of clients in leisure, healthcare, finance, hotels and retail to name a few.
They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with long-term aspirations and clear career goals, looking to establish themselves at a highly regarded firm. You will have the opportunity to engage in a level of corporate support as a different aspect to your role.
Requirements
- You will ideally be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-5 Years PQE (however, levels of experience outside this range will be considered).
- You will engage in corporate support, marketing and business development
- You will be innovative and forward-thing
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
