Role

  • The Firm is looking for a Residential Property Associate/Senior Associate (around 4 - 6 years PQE) to join one of their flourishing offices based in Ipswich.
  • This role will involve working on a caseload included but not limited to: Freehold & Leasehold sales & purchases, Remortgages, buy to let, equity release, transfer of equity, joint ownership, license for alterations, help to buy, auctions, new builds, plot sales, lease extensions, and shared ownership.
  • The team has been long established and the Partners there have standout clients which they will immediately integrate with incoming Lawyers.

The Requirements

  • You will be a Solicitor with experience in Residential Property (around 4 - 6 years PQE).
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed and handle complex matters that the partners may ask you to assist on.
  • Comfortable working with HNW clients, although you will still need to be comfortable managing a traditional volume-based caseload.
  • An ambitious personality suits the environment of the firm well as they love to invest in their staff to achieve their goals.
  • Experience working with multi-jurisdictional clients would be helpful.
