Commercial Disputes Associate

A leading regional law firm that strikes the perfect balance of work/life balance and high quality client work, is seeking to hire an Associate into their Commercial Dispute Resolution team.

The firm is highly ranked across multiple sites and prides itself on being able to offer its Associates significant autonomy on a variety of cases ranging from technology and media disputes, through to life sciences, regulatory and banking. As the firm continues to grow and also expands its international footprint, they has been a significant uplift in big ticket instructions hence the need to hire further Associates.

Moreover Associates who are at the mid-level are favourably assisted into partnership track through nurturing and realistic preparation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years' PQE from a recognised commercial litigation team. Candidates with more or less experience are equally advised to apply.
• Ideally your disputes experience will be varied and may have included clients from within IT, banking and regulatory. Your experience in IP disputes and attending trials will be a major benefit.
• Strong academics are required but more importantly you should be approachable and able to communicate effectively to a range of clients. A flexible working lifestyle is a requirement.
