A well-established law firm with several offices across in and around Nottinghamshire are looking for a Paralegal to join their Residential Property and Conveyancing team in Newark for a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities of your new role

Your core duties in this Paralegal role will include:

• Working closely with a small team of Paralegals and Conveyancers
• Providing support to the fee earners of a very busy residential property department
• Assisting clients based in the UK and around the world

Candidate requirements

The firm seeks a Paralegal able to demonstrate:

• At least 6 months of experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
• Strong IT skills including high levels of Microsoft Office literacy
• Experience working with a case management system
• The ability to work collaboratively with a close-knit team

Salary and prospects

The successful Paralegal will be offered £16,000 - £22,000 per annum. The firm also has progression opportunities for candidates who wish to further their career in the international commercial property and property investment department.
