Our client is a well-known industrial group, based in the South West of France, driven by innovation and hosting a diverse and international compliance team.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Head of Export Control Programme Office, the successful candidate will bring their legal expertise to the day-to-day activity relating to export and import control regimes, and advise on trade and regulatory matters. You will draft and negotiate export control and international trade provisions of contracts, and intervene on these issues within the context of ongoing operations and/or transactions. Bringing support to the development of procedures and training strategies will also be integral to the role.
PROFILE SOUGHT
You will be a qualified lawyer, benefitting from 5-7 years of experience working in a multinational environment advising on international trade and export control matters.
It will be important to demonstrate excellent communications skills, act proactively and inclusively, with sound business judgement. Your spoken and drafting English is excellent (another European language would be a plus).
