Residential Conveyancing Completions Assistant.
This is a Guildford based junior level opportunity for a Law graduate/LPC student or CILEx student who has some work experience in a law firm, specifically, with some understanding of the residential conveyancing transaction.
The responsibility of this position is to progress the conveyancing file; either a sale, purchase or re-mortgage, from exchanging of contracts through to completion.
Ideally, candidates will have an interest in property law, and will eager to learn, with strong organisational skills, as this is a busy position.
