Oil & Gas Lawyer

Leading international law firm is looking to hire an Oil & Gas lawyer to be based in either their offices in London or Aberdeen. 

Overview: 

• Energy is one of the firm's key sectors and they have a market-leading, dedicated global energy team. 
• This team is widely recognised as one of the leading providers of legal services to the oil and gas industry covering the entire oil and gas value chain both in the UK and overseas.  
• The role sits within the Oil & Gas team, which is part of the Projects Group. 
• The Oil & Gas team carries out a wide range of specialist work including advising oil majors and independents along with service companies and the team also works closely with clients on large transactional matters and undertakes a wide variety of work for clients based in various jurisdictions. 

Candidate Requirements

• The firm are interested in speaking with candidates with circa 3-7 years PQE and a background working in Oil & Gas or the Energy Sector
• You will be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. 
• Ideally you will have broad corporate, commercial or energy experience, with experience in oil and gas work desired but not essential. 
• Energy and enthusiasm for transactional work is required.  
• You will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach.
