Legal Team

Role

The role is part of the EMEAR General Counsel's team and is highly versatile in nature handling mostly company commercial and commercial contract work. The work is varied and exciting – the company operates at the absolute forefront of the technology sector. Responsibilities include providing legal advice to the commercial organisation to support the global growth of the business model; drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts contracts; strategic decision making, structuring transactions and analysis of relevant regulatory environment; development and implementation of templates; liaising with external counsel and procuring input and advice. This is a big role actively shaping complex deals across dozens of jurisdictions.

  • 2-9 years of experience either in-house or in private practice (any specialism - private practice training or experience is strongly preferred; industry-related skills will be developed)
  • The following skills and experience are NOT mandatory but it's great if you do have them: technology, IP, e-commerce, outsourcing, data protection, competition
  • Ideally a fluent French speaker and drafter
