Interim Legal Counsel
Somerset - Commutable from Bath, Bristol, Warminster, Trowbridge
A market leading and highly innovative company due to growth are looking to appoint an interim commercial lawyer to support the business. Based in their Head office in Somerset you will be working on a wide range of corporate, commercial and project work.
You will quickly have exposure across the business supporting the senior management team with key business decisions. This will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, supporting new product launches, intellectual property, data protection, commercial property and responding to regulatory developments.
