An award-winning firm with a longstanding reputation for quality service has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Family Solicitor to join their large, supportive team in Newcastle city centre on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your new firm
As Family Solicitor you will be joining a Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation across the region. The firm is quickly becoming a strong player on the national market, with the family department being nationally recognised for the calibre of their work, expert team and focus on client care.
Responsibilities of your new role
In this role you will run a caseload of predominantly private family law matters including:
- Divorce
- Ancillary relief
- Child law
- Some financial work
The firm provide an excellent level of support, meaning you will have all the resources you need to succeed in the role, regardless of level.
Candidate requirements
The firm are looking to receive applications from qualified Solicitors who demonstrate:
- 2+ years of PQE
- Strong background in Private Family law or experience with a broad range of family work
- Care experience is advantageous but not essential
- High levels of pro-activity and enthusiasm
- Willing to take on board the training offered and wanting to progress in the role
Salary
The successful Family Solicitor will be offered £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
