Family/Childcare Solicitor

LAW Absolute are working with a fantastic law firm who are looking for a Family Lawyer. The successful candidate will join the team in March on a six months fixed term contract.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with practical family experience and have experience in handling a varied caseload of private and public family law matters.

You will be dealing with a mixed bag of issues to include;

- divorce proceedings,

- separation,

- matrimonial financial matters,

- pre-nuptial agreements,

- cohabitation orders,

- mediation,

- Children Act 1989 and Care Act 2014 cases.
