A leading commercial international law firm are currently expanding their reputable Employment Law team in their Liverpool City Centre offices.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE dealing with Employment Law matters.
You'll be dealing with an interesting and varied caseload consisting of both contentious and non contentious employment matters, acting on behalf of both employers and employees.
Your caseload will consist of a range of matters including;
Maternity & Paternity rights
Discrimination
Employment contracts
whistle blowing
Redundancy
TUPE
Tribunal claims
Transactional support
