My client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their team, taking responsibility for the probate work.
Your experience to date will cover all aspects of Private Client work, involving Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection, but your focus in this role will be on all matters relating to probate.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all work in progress is managed professionally such as-key dates, risk management, billing and cash collection. The firm has a bespoke IT system and you will work with the support of a small team of paralegals.
The firm offers a competitive salary package and encourages further development. They are looking to recruit a qualified Lawyer - Solicitor of FILEx in order to have the gravitas to lead the team and facilitate further growth of the work.
