The successful and talented Property team of a Tier Two national firm peppered with ex top tier lawyers are looking for a junior or NQ Solicitor to join them for a Property Litigation focused role. This full-time, permanent role is Leeds based and provides an excellent opportunity for a junior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a firm with a friendly and dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities of your new role

Joining a dynamic two-partner team of lawyers who work collaboratively and constructively, you will run your own caseload of Property Litigation matters across a broad mix of sectors such as retail, telecommunications, major local authorities, sport, asset management and logistics. Your caseload will be diverse, consisting of files such as:

  • Break notices
  • Lease and licence advisory work
  • S25 notices, S26 requests and S29B extensions
  • Actions for dilapidations
  • Breach of covenant
  • Injunctions
  • Status of occupation
  • Drafting, issue & service of lease renewal or termination proceedings.

Salary and benefits

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be offered:

Candidate requirements

The firm are looking to hire a qualified Property Litigation Solicitor who demonstrates:

  • NQ-2 years of PQE, or set to qualify in 2019
  • Relevant Property Litigation seat or experience
  • A dynamic commercial approach to their work
  • Solid academics to back up their technical skills
