This Lancashire based full service commercial law firm are currently seeking a senior hire to head up their outstanding real estate team and are able to offer senior partnership. Based in the heart of Lancashire you will ideally live local to the area and have an understanding of servicing clients 'outside of the city'.

The firms' Real Estate Team acts for a heavyweight list of clients which comprises multi-national corporations, national and international financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies as well as household name developer clients. The calibre of the firms' lawyers is second to none which is why this practice is highly regarded within the real estate sector

This appointment is specifically suited to an existing Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate with a minimum of 8 years' PQE. This opportunity will allow you to participate in some of the largest and most technically complex commercial property deals in the region and you will have an abundance of face to face client contact. This position will suit an 'all round' commercial lawyer who is not only comfortable dealing with fee earning but also dealing with business development and ensuring every need for the client is taken care of.

This opportunity is somewhat of a rarity in that having a tangible following is not required so this role is perfect for an existing partner who is looking for a new challenge. Equally, if you are a "frustrated number 2 or 3" or a very experienced Associate or Senior Associate who is finding that progression opportunities are limited then this role really is worth exploring further.

The practice can offer long term security and will offer exposure to high calibre work. Crucially, the culture at this firm is one of the primary reasons for its continued success and is fundamental to its ability to attract the best talent around. There is no "clocking in and out" and the practice is the very epitome of a one that promotes collaboration, cross-referrals of clients and a general all-round sense of collective achievement.

You will receive a very competitive remuneration and benefits package and will also be able to take advantage of a lucrative bonus scheme whilst working in a relaxed environment with an extreme high quality of work.
