Established and profitable firm has an immediate requirement to hire an established family partner. Progression into equity is on offer.
The role has arisen due to an increase in instructions and referred work and ongoing investment into developing further the family practice. This opportunity is perfect for an existing partner who is blocked from heading up their current team or looking to step up into a larger firm.
Work undertaken includes, but not limited to:
- financial proceedings relating to divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships
- private children issues, including financial applications
- prenuptial and pre civil partner agreements
- international aspects of separation and divorce
- domestic violence
