An experienced corporate fee-earner, preferably with professional support experience, is sought by our client's leading mid market corporate practice. This is a senior, varied and broad reaching role, working as the sole PSL for the firm's corporate group. The role will include drafting and updating precedents and other know-how documents; working with the KM Director and the wider KM team to develop and maintain a comprehensive firmwide system; developing and delivering training for the group; assisting fee-earners with technical queries; and some client facing activities. It is essential that applicants for this position have knowledge and experience of public M&A / ECM as well as private company work.
