Commercial litigation lawyer sought at senior associate or partner level.

Your new company

This law firm has a well established commercial litigation department.

Your new role

This commercial litigation role will see you handle a broad range of commercial litigation work. This will include shareholder and partnership disputes, general contractual litigation, IP and IT disputes as well as injunctions. The role will see you head the litigation team and so you will have the skills required to manage other solicitors and fee earners. It is also important that you can help win and develop new business as well as help shape the strategic direction of the department.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced dispute resolution lawyer operating at senior associate or partner level. You should have good technical skills and should also have management and practice development skills. Whilst it is not essential that you have a client following, if you do, this will positively impact your remuneration.

What you'll get in return

This is a rare senior level commercial litigation role that does not require a client following and which will see you head the litigation team. The remuneration is totally negotiable depending on your experience and contacts.
