Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking a UK admitted corporate lawyer to join their office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The corporate team acts for multinational companies, national corporations and SMEs with high priced transaction values. They can draw upon a wealth of knowledge and experience, having partners that have worked for some of the top international law firms, providing cost-effective solutions on complex corporate matters and day-to-day issues alike.
Our client is seeking a corporate lawyer with 6+ PQE. You will have experience in both public and private M&A, joint ventures, capital markets and private equity. You will be dealing with sophisticated and practical advice on structuring, negotiating and documenting complex and innovative local and cross-border transactions with both national and international clients. Excellent academics and previous experience in a leading law firm are a bonus. You must be UK qualified to be eligible for this role.
