An excellent opportunity for has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer within a Public Sector Organisation in West Yorkshire.
The successful Employment lawyer will be required to undertake a varied caseload in all areas of Employment law work, primarily including:
- Employment based proceedings in courts, appeals and tribunals
- Interviewing witnesses and recording witness statements
- Conducting settlement negotiations with opposing representatives
- Advising and dealing with discrimination matters and unlawful dismissal
- Liaising with key Stakeholders as required
- Advice in matters relating to Employment Law
- Advice in matters relating to access to information and data protection
Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Barrister, who has had previous experience handling ET Litigation matters.
This friendly team are looking for a number of lawyers to join them as soon as possible and likely to be on a long term basis.
