The Role

This growing firm is looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Solicitor to Head their Department in Newbury, Berkshire.

You will Head up a Department which are known locally for their quality of work, dealing with an excellent client base, including high net worth individuals with complex asset structures.
This role will involve the successful candidate overseeing a small team and managing their own busy caseload of a range of Private Client matters.

The role will include a mix of work from drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust Deeds while administering Estates and Trusts, preparing Trust Accounts and also dealing with Court of Protection applications.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor preferably with 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limited in terms of experience and urge even the most senior of candidate to apply)
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential with a desire to build long lasting relationships
• You will have a good working knowledge of private client law
