Leading asset manager requires funds lawyer to join exceptional team.
The role is very wide ranging and will involve supporting new fund launches (primarily regulated funds), and advising on funds documentation and regulation, and also being exposed to generalist in-house work such as commercial contracts.
You will join an established team of lawyers and be an excellent team player.
You will have experience as a funds lawyer from a top firm or in-house within the asset management sector.
