Legal Counsel EMEA (m/f/d)
The role will be based in their headquarter in Zug, Switzerland. You will be part of an international legal team and will be dealing with a broad range of complex legal issues in the EMEA region as well as supporting the implementation and use of legal processes. You will develop communication lines to all relevant business units and coordinate with other members of EMEA Legal. In addition you will give training to non-legal functions and manage external lawyers.
You will be a qualified lawyer with top academic credentials and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a top law firm and/or in-house legal department. Experience of a multi-jurisdictional environment is a plus. You have strong analytical skills as well as strong communication skills. Fluency in German is required. You have strong interpersonal skills, are very business minded and you have a positive attitude towards different cultures.
