Commercial Property Solicitor - Newly Qualified

My client is one of the South's leading law firms. Recognised as an outstanding commercial property team and a leader in the South West of England, their Commercial Property and Planning lawyers have a well earned reputation for providing sound and pragmatic legal advice across all property and planning matters.

The client is now looking for either an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or an enthusiastic, determined NQ + with a sold academic background to join the team and deal with high quality commercial work acting for developers, trading businesses and institutional landowners. This role will be based in the firms Bristol office.

Ideally the candidate will have a sound grounding in commercial property work including commercial landlord and tenant and development work.

The role will involve advising on the acquisition and disposal of properties, joint venture and collaboration agreements, development agreements, infrastructure agreements, planning agreements and site setup.
