A highly reputable regional firm based in Hertfordshire is seeking a Corporate and Company Commercial Solicitor for their thriving Business Services team.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful Solicitor will undertake the following duties:
- Working on a varied caseload incorporating all aspects of company and commercial matters
- Producing and advising on general commercial agreements
- Dealing with agreements including terms and conditions, supply contracts and software agreements
- Assisting with corporate reorganisations, share schemes, secured financing arrangements and shareholder investments
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer - NQ – 2 years’ PQE
- Experience in an established Corporate and Company team within a national or regional firm
- Strong understanding of working on commercial and distribution agreements as well as business sales/purchases
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Client focused with a desire to develop business and marketing
