Our client is a reputable law firm who are seeking to appoint a Corporate/ Real estate lawyer to join their office in Milan, Italy. The team are reputable for their international client base and advice on matters such as; mergers, acquisitions and disposals, investment agreements, Real estate Matters.
The team are seeking an Italian Corporate and M&A Lawyer fully Bar admitted 1+ years. You will be advising reputable national and international clients on matters such as; capital markets, joint ventures, drag along/tag along clauses, real estate, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, public m&a, complex corporate transactions,real estate transactions, shareholder agreements and buyouts. Fluency in Italian and English and a minimum 105/110 law degree score are mandatory for this role.
