Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint multiple banking and finance lawyers to join their office in Milan, Italy. The team have a wealth of expertise in General Banking, Financing, Real Estate Financing and Structured Finance. The partners you will be working alongside have been recognised on legal 500s ‘leading individuals’ list and are internationally known for their expertise in their field.
The team are seeking a junior and a senior Lawyer. You will be working with Fortune 500 clients providing legal assistance to Italian banks, asset management organisations, investment companies, insurance companies and financial associations on matters including; financial regulatory, corporate finance, leveraged finance, Structured Finance, DCM, NPL’s. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory for this role.
