Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint a funds lawyer to join their office in Luxembourg. The firms’ funds team are seen as a market leader on legal 500, their client base is both regional and international, they specialise in formation, restructuring and closure both in distressed and planned scenarios, regulatory enforcement and advising on regulated and unregulated funds.
The team are seeking a funds lawyer with 6+ years’ experience. You must have varied experience in investment funds, including: UCITS and alternative investment funds ( including real estate and infrastructure funds) UCIs, SIFs etc. you will be working with large local and international clients assisting on the set up of funds, drafting documents intended for investors and negotiating documentation etc. Native in English is mandatory for this role.
