RTA Litigation Executive.
A new opportunity has arisen for an RTA Litigation Executive to join a friendly and sociable firm, based in Manchester City Centre. This firm is a small but hugely successful practice specialising in Personal Injury. In line with business needs and future growth plans, the firm is looking to expand its modern RTA Litigation department with the hire of an experienced RTA Litigation Executive (Fee Earner or Paralegal).
You will be responsible for your own caseload of disputed RTA files which have fallen out of the MOJ portal and progress them throughout the litigation process to trial or settlement. You will have gained previous experience dealing with your own portfolio of files that have exited the portal process, and be able to demonstrate strong litigation skills as you will be expected to hit the ground running dealing with all Portal matters.
