About the role

This Employment team undertake out a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for Respondents across a range of sectors including manufacturing, technology and retail.

The work of the successful Employment Associate/Senior Associate will include the following:

- Employment Tribunal claims
- TUPE
- Redundancy situations
- Discrimination including sex, race, age and religion
- Whistleblowing
- Advising on employment policy

About the person

The Employment Associate/Senior Associate must be a UK qualified solicitor with ideally between 1 and 6 years experience although candidates with more experience will also be strongly considered.

Desired attributes of the Employment Associate/Senior Assocaite include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation skill, a keen eye for detail and the desire to work in a fast paced environment. Ambition and the desire to work hard are pre-requisites for this role.
