A market leading firm in Ipswich is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their established and friendly team.
This opportunity would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ years of PQE) who has a solid background in dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters, such as acquisitions and disposals, business leases, site acquisitions, developments and plot sales, options, overage and conditional agreements and planning work. You must be able to handle your own caseload under minimal supervision and have a commercial outlook with experience in business development.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will also be required to assist the residential property team where necessary, so a solid knowledge of residential property transactions is also important.
