The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive into their Epping, Essex office.

You will join a highly experienced team working alongside partners who are well known in the market. The team is very dynamic and are known for being strong business developers and are known for introducing new work on a weekly basis.

The Residential Property team deal with buying and selling property, re-mortgaging, new build properties, affordable housing, shared ownership, bridging loans, and many more areas.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit to the experience)
• You will have strong technical knowledge
• You will be confident handling your own caseload
• Salary is dependant on experience, plus an excellent benefits package
