I have a great opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Lawyer to take on a new role for a period of up to 6 months.
The role would suit someone who has gained great experience within the regulatory sector, especially within an enforcement team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and reviewing a busy caseload with files at various stages
- Liaising with with external bodies and law firms
- Advising on precedents and policies
- Attending court and representing the organisation when required
