RTA Litigation Executive.
This South Manchester based Legal 200 recognised firm has a new opportunity within their litigation department. They have a well-established RTA department which consists of pre-litigated and litigated RTA Solicitors, Fee Earners, and Paralegals, and due to the litigation department becoming increasingly busy they now seek a RTA Litigation Executive to join the team.
Your role as a RTA Litigation Executive will see you dealing with a personal caseload of litigated (all non-portal) RTA claims from instruction through to completion, with little to no supervision. They have on-going internal training for you to be fully supported to reach your full potential and progress throughout the firm. They are an active training firm, which is rewarded on a meritocratic basis.
