Insolvency Litigation Solicitor.
A market leading litigation funder which is developing a successful niche within the fast growing area is looking to expand outside of London and would like to hire a senior Insolvency Litigation Solicitor. Whilst you will be based in Leeds, you will joining an established team of 5 in-house lawyers based in London and throughout the UK who are backed by a leading bank.
You will ideally be an Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with around 8+ years' PQE in commercial litigation or pure insolvency litigation, and will have an established presence and knowledge within the local insolvency market. It would be advantageous if you are a member of R3 and/or other prominent groups within the insolvency and litigation market.
A high level of technical expertise is required along with experience that will include pre-acquisition case due diligence, offer structuring, and management.
You should have an interest and experience of marketing and business development with both insolvency practitioners and fellow solicitors. This is a brand new role and as part of a small in-house legal team you will be able to show good commercial acumen, numeracy, project management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
