Credit Hire Paralegal.
My client is an international law firm based in Birmingham, specialising in defending global insurers across an array of sectors. Due to continued success in their chosen markets, they are again expanding their defendant insurance litigation offering and recruiting a junior level fee earner to advise on litigated credit hire cases.
You will have gained upward of 12 months' experience at a law firm ideally either in credit hire or personal injury work with an understanding of the litigation process and CPR. Due to the fast paced nature of this work, the ability to deal with busy caseloads and efficiently prioritise work while still working to demanding SLAs is essential, as are good IT skills.
The successful Credit Hire Paralegal will be working within a wider team, though largely responsible for your own casework and, as you will have constant contact with the firm's insurer clients, confident oral and written communication skills are paramount.
The Birmingham based firm will reward the successful Credit Hire Paralegal candidate with a generous starting salary, and a comprehensive benefits package above and beyond the opportunity to join a leading firm which will support and progress your career in insurance litigation.
