Your new company
This investment management company is one of the biggest in the UK and has won a variety of awards within the sector.

Your new role
Your new role will be diverse, though the focus will be to draft and negotiate contracts for the company, this will involve working on terms and conditions, terms of business, as well as more investment management specific documentation, i. platform, brokerage and custody agreements. There will also be a regulatory piece, advising on FCA policy and regulatory change. On top of this, you will also gain exposure to disputes, and private client work as well, whilst also working on ad hoc legal matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor with, as a guide, 3-4 years PQE. You will also have strong legal knowledge, especially within the financial services sector, where experience working in the sector is beneficial. You will also have built up exceptional drafting, negotiating, and implementation skills.

What you'll get in return
