Your new role

This regulatory role will see you handle regulatory work including: criminal matters involving health and safety, environmental, food and product safety offences; professional disciplinary tribunals; attending inquests; and appeals to OFSTED and the Care Quality Commission.


What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will be a health and safety/regulatory lawyer with 2 to 4 years' pqe. Alternatively you will be lawyer with criminal law experience with strong technical and drafting skills who is looking to retrain into regulatory law.
